Returns

We do not accept returns, of any kind, for any monetary refund. We do accept exchanges for damaged or missent goods upon approval.

In general, we will exchange your product upon reasonable request, but we reserve the right to refuse exchanges based upon misuse of our policies, suspected fraud, intentional product/staff abuse of any kind or any other reason deemed necessary by our organization.

If you received a product that was different than what is printed on your order confirmation, please let us know along with proof of your received item (ie: if a shirt is an incorrect size, take a photo of the tag and send it via email along with your order number).

If you received a product that was damaged in shipping, let us know along with proof of the damage (ie: if a ceramic pot was destroyed via shipping, please take a photo of the pot AND of the shipping container, then send it via email along with your order number).



Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. If your item has been damaged from shipping, the photo of the damaged product and box will most often be sufficient and not require physical return for a replacement.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, please include it when sending in your exchange. You may include the original packing receipt.


Order Exchanges & Shipping

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then begin processing your exchange, a new order number will be created and you will receive an email notification when the order is complete.

You will also receive an emailed shipping notice when your exchanged item is shipped. If you have ordered other items since your return was initiated or have multiple items to exchange, we may combine shipments upon our discretion. This may delay return shipping times.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to exchange an item. If an order was incorrectly fulfilled (ie: a size L was ordered but a M was sent) the Oregon Affiliate will be responsible for paying return shipping costs and sending the replacement. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Be sure to accurately describe your issue, include photos and what each item is to be replaced with. Emailing us beforehand can greatly expedite your return.
