Compassionate Support Fund
The Oregon ACNM Foundation administers a compassionate support for midwives in grief or work-related distress. The fund is established in the memory of Marc Huggins, the son of our Affiliate President, who died on March 20th, 2015.
In 2017 the Foundation’s Marc Huggins Compassionate Support Fund will fund subsidized or free counseling sessions, half-day small group self-care sessions, and material assistance as possible. The Fund will expand activities and scope in future years.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you or someone you know needs assistance, or if you would like to join or communicate with the committee.
